KEYLON KURTZ, LLC

was established with the mission of consolidating wood products and supplying them to a growing world wide market. Our company, together with its subsidiaries offer international markets forestry products under the auspices of sustained and responsible forest management. Our suppliers are encouraged to use good forestry practices and generally pursue programs that lead to some form of certification. For example in Guyana, SA our suppliers are held accountable by the Forestry Commission of Guyana to comply with their Code of Practice. The Guyana Code of Practice is very similar to FSC Guidelines. In addition, we do have suppliers that our FSC certified.

We, at KEYLON KURTZ, LLC , are committed to supporting environmentally appropriate, socially responsible, and economically viable management of the world’s forest. We support the Tropical Forest Foundation and the Forest Stewardship Council in their efforts to promote Reduced Impact Logging, Chain of Custody training and Sustainable Forestry Practices. Jim Keylon, the owner and CEO of KEYLON KURTZ, LLC,  is a member of the Tropical Forest Foundation and has played a significant role in the FSC certification of a major forestry operation in South America.

Our Guyana operations focus primarily on the small operator. Working through Guyanese companies, KEYLON KURTZ, LLC provides funding and global marketing opportunities for this business segment.
